Q – How does the ice cream stay frozen in the mail?
A - Each gift box is shipped in a highly insulated container with lots of dry ice. This keeps the ice cream frozen for up to 3 days from when it leaves us.

Q – Does it come in different sizes?
A – Yes, 2 different sizes, a 10 sundae box and a 20 sundae box. Remember everything can be refrigerated and eaten at a later time after the box is opened.

Q – How do you ship?
A – We ship via UPS. You can choose any method from overnight air to two day ground depending on where you are shipping. Shipping charges will be quoted for each box before the gift is purchased.
Q – Can we customize the Flavors?
A – Of course. Low fat and low fat/no sugar flavors are available for those or restricted diets.
Q – When do you Ship?
A – We ship out Monday thru Thursday. This allows the gift box to be delivered Tuesday thru Friday.
Q – What is the time frame for delivery?
A – UPS delivers to private homes between 9am and 7pm. Commercial Businesses between 9am and 5pm.
Q – Can the Box be delivered in the AM?
A – Yes. Shipping charges will be quoted for each box
Q – How will the person receiving the box know who it is from?
A – We enclose a personal card with the message of your choice. Just let us know what you want when you order.
Q – How much notice do you need to ship a gift box?
A – 48-72 hours is best.
